Greenlining
Use the green pen for your notes. A status assignment and comment function such as for redlinings does not exist for greenlinings. Note that the functional scope of greenlinings in the browser and in the Eplan Platform can vary, see Introduction.

Various drawing tools are available in the toolbar. Then click, hold and drag the cursor to change the size of your check mark.
Note
Greenlinings can neither receive a status nor be commented. Greenlinings are only visible in the browser.
As soon as you have created a , corresponding properties are saved. The properties of a greenlining are located in the property window. The greenlining has to be selected so that the properties can be viewed.

- Set the visibility
You can select for whom your greenlinings are visible. You have two options to choose from.
- Public: Any user who has access to the project can see the greenlining.
- Private: Only the creator and user with the "Admin" can see the greenlining.
If you deactivate the "Private" option in the details of a greenlining, the greenlining is automatically "Public". Private greenlinings are identified with the icon 
.
