In a SOC2 audit, a licensed, independent auditor examines a service organization's internal controls according to the high standards of the AICPA to provide a qualified opinion on the design or operating effectiveness of its controls. A SOC2 report is a meaningful report on a service organization's internal controls over security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.
The SOC2 report generated is made available to interested parties after the conclusion of a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
