Find out here how your Clients communicate with the Licensemanger
EPLAN Recommendations
- Make sure that all EPLAN clients are in a Windows domain and make sure that you are logged in with a user of the Windows domain.
- If you are working with multiple domains, make sure that you have enabled the Cross-Domain Usage feature.
- Make sure that your firewall does not interfere with communication between the License Manager and the License Client.
