Eplan Recommendations
- Restart the PC to be installed so that Windows is up-to-date.
- Your Windows account that you use to sign in must have local administrators rights assigned.

Install software
- Unpack the Eplan download file (.zip) locally on your PC at the desired point.
- Run the "Setup.exe", with the right mouse button "Run as administrator".
- Select program variant to be installed.
- In the next step you can install the software with default settings. To do so, simply select the "Standard Installation". If you want to customize the installation to adapt the storage location for your master data or the scope of the data and languages, please follow the step "User-defined installation".
- Enter a company code and select the required measuring unit.
