Export and import settings
On the ribbon, select the File tab > Backstage Settings settings > Settings Users > Administration > items.
Highlight the "Items" category and press the right mouse button.
Select [Export].
The "Export Settings" dialog opens, EPLAN automatically suggests the correct storage directory and a unique file name.
Confirm with [OK].
Repeat the steps for your other settings, but at least for your project management database and dictionary settings.
Start EPLAN on your other clients.
On the ribbon, select the File tab > Backstage Settings settings > Settings Users > Administration > items.
Highlight the category "Articles" and press the right mouse button.
Select [Import].
Select the previously exported *. XML file.
Repeat the steps for your other settings, but at least for your project management database and dictionary settings.
