Create an access to the EPLAN Solution Center

You can create a support ticket with all the necessary information directly from the EPLAN Platform. In the EPLAN Solution Center, you also have the opportunity to receive information about your created support tickets.

To do this, you must register once free of charge under EPLAN Global Support,follow the further steps.

Create a support request (ticket)

You can create a support ticket with all the necessary information directly from the EPLAN Platform. A prerequisite for this is that you have previously completed your user data in the settings under Customer ID / Address in the settings.

  1. On the ribbon, select the File tab > The Backstage Help > Support & Updates section > Support button, follow the menu history.
