Learn how to activate your single-user license online
EPLAN Recommendations
- Make sure you have a stable Internet connection on your PC.
- Make sure your browser and internet options are up to date.
- Make sure your firewall allows online communication.
- If you are unable to comply with the above-mentioned EPLAN recommendations, please use the Offline Activation license.
Online activation
- Start the EPLAN Platform via the desktop icon.
- The "Select License" dialog opens.
- Select the menu item Single user license > activate license online...
- Now enter your Entitlement ID (EID), confirm your entry with [OK].
- Your Entitlement ID (EID) will now be verified.
- The "ActivateLicense" dialog opens, which shows you the system scope for the Entitlement ID (EID). Confirm with [Activate].
- After successful activation, select [Close].
- Your Entitlement ID (EID) is now successfully enabled. Close the dialog with [OK].
- The EPLAN Platform now opens automatically.
Hint:
A further activation of your Entitlement ID (EID) on another system (PC, laptop, etc.) is not possible. In this case, temporarily return your Entitlement ID (EID) (Revoke).
